Softy sells to consumers in the European Union from France. These documents are written to follow the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Digital Content Directive (2019/770), the GDPR (2016/679) and the French Code de la consommation. Where a mandatory consumer protection applies, it applies regardless of anything written here.
