Terms of Use

By using the Services, you certify that you have reached the legal age required to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction, or that you have obtained the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

These Terms include all Softy policies referenced herein (for example: privacy policy, refund policy). Softy may update the Terms at any time. Any changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Services after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Certain Softy Services require the creation of an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

You agree to immediately notify Softy of any unauthorized use or security breach. Softy shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access due to insufficient protection of your credentials.

Softy Services may offer digital software and related files ("Software"). Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, Softy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Software in object code form, solely for personal use, unless a separate commercial license is purchased.

You are prohibited from copying, modifying, sublicensing, redistributing, selling, renting, or exploiting the Software in any manner, except with the explicit authorization of Softy.

You acknowledge that the use of certain software may violate the terms of service of third parties (including game publishers' EULAs) and may result in sanctions such as suspensions, bans, or other disciplinary measures. You fully assume these risks. Softy does not guarantee in any way that its Software will be undetectable or protected against sanctions imposed by third parties.

"User Content" refers to any text, image, code, or other material you submit through Softy Services. You retain full ownership of it.

By submitting User Content, you grant Softy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content to the extent necessary to provide the Services.

You warrant that your User Content does not violate any law or any third-party rights.

Prices, payment methods, and billing conditions are indicated during the purchase process. You must provide accurate and valid information.

Digital goods: except where legally required or otherwise stated in Softy's refund policy, purchases of digital goods are generally non-refundable once delivery has occurred.

Softy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever, including suspected fraud.

Softy may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time in the event of a violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse, with or without notice.

Upon termination, the license to use the Software provided by Softy immediately ends. You must then cease all use and delete all copies in your possession.
