Cookie Policy
This policy lists the cookies and similar technologies used on softyud.fr, on this legal site and in the checkout, what each one does, and how to refuse them. It follows Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, which transposes the ePrivacy Directive, and the CNIL's guidance.
The principle
Reading or writing anything on your device requires your consent, except where it is strictly necessary to provide a service you expressly requested. Necessary items are set without consent; everything else waits for it.
Refusing non-essential cookies must be as easy as accepting them, and refusing must not prevent you from using the site or buying.

Requiring your consent

This cookie is not necessary to buy: without it your order still completes, only the referral attribution is lost. It therefore requires consent, and must not be written before you give it.
It is only written when you arrive through a creator's referral link. If you never follow one, it is never set. You can remove it at any time by clearing the cookies for softyud.fr, and blocking it has no effect on your ability to browse or to buy.
What we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No cross-site tracking, and no sale or sharing of browsing data with data brokers.
- No social network sharing widgets that would set third-party cookies.
Some pages embed YouTube videos. A video only loads when you open the video panel, and
the embeds use the youtube-nocookie style privacy mode where available.
Playing a video causes YouTube to set its own cookies, governed by Google's policy.
Withdrawing consent and clearing cookies
You may withdraw consent at any time. Deleting the cookies for softyud.fr in your browser removes any consent-based item immediately.
Every browser lets you view, block and delete cookies from its privacy settings. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will sign you out and may prevent checkout from working.
Consent obtained through a banner lapses after 6 months at most, in line with CNIL guidance, after which you are asked again.

This inventory must match reality. Re-check it whenever you add a script to the site: an analytics tag or a pixel added later would need to appear in section 3 and be gated behind consent.
